Tonight it was decided that we need to take a vacation ASAP. (We've actually been planning one for a while.) But this time we want to start in Panama and work our way north. It's so fun to daydream when there are chapters of boringness to read.
We are always right. If people would just listen to us, they would just realize this. And maybe when one of us has a feeling about someone else being an asshole, they are right too. (Ouch, but at least Andrea was nice and the 'I told you mujer' was said in the nicest way possible.)
We need to see more shows. Juanes in March and NKOTB in June.
Our lives are a novela.
Our group of friends are pretty badass. And birthday season starts in just a few short weeks. Soon it'll be a get together almost every weekend.
One of us needs to win the lottery.
We hope that at 80, we'll still be going as strong as Dolores Huerta.
Once a MEChistA, always a MEChistA. Our community is amazing. I'm a little sad that I missed the gathering of three generations. But it makes me incredibly happy that together our political and social power - can literally stop construction. La Union Hace La Fuerza.
These conversations of course took place over an entire Sunday afternoon....and they still continue into the evening.
